Opening CCv4k files and below with FileMaker Pro v16 will have issues with
Applescript functions used in CueChronicle.
CCStartTemplate with not be able to be registered using the USB option.
Previously created CC files registered using the USB option will open
unregistered with FMP v16
Pro Tools functions will throw errors with FMP v16.
Some export functions will throw errors.
These issues will be addressed in CCv4k2. Unfortunately older files
will need to be migrated into new CCv4k2 files to avoid FMP v16 issues.
