*** FIXED in CCv4k RT, download and install this new version.
This is a known issue that popped up in OS X 10.12 with the RT version.
When opening either the CueChronicleRT.app or New Project Template an error is displayed.
Work around: Click OK and browse to the file CCStartTemplate v4.fmp12.
