Pro Tools Functions Not Responding - Sonoma   


If you installed CC on your system while it was running a previous OS, the first thing to try is:


Delete Applications > CueChronicle v5 RT Folder

Empty Trash, Restart

Download the latest RT version and install. (Instructions)

The Start template should auto-register since you were previously registered.

Restart you computer, Open CC & PT and see if this solved the issue.


Still not working.


This usually has to do with your System Setting - Security & Privacy Settings.

Go to System Settings and then the following tabs...

Sonoma moved things around so check theses screen shots below.

Use the + icon at the bottom if the Runtime is not here. 

Use the + icon at the bottom if the Runtime is not here.

 The system should take care of Files & Folders once you

allow Full Disk Access.

If you updated any of these settings you should restart your rig.
